Training Financing & Payment

Start your dog's program now and pay over time through Coach Financing, LendingUSA, or PayPal Credit, with clear rules on deposits, check-in balances, and what's covered.

Quick Answer

Partners Dogs works with three outside lenders, Coach Financing, LendingUSA, and PayPal Credit, so you can start training now and pay over time. Financing covers camps, DaySchool, Group Classes, boarding, and Private Lesson packages. Most reservations are held with a $100 deposit: never refunded as cash, but converted to store credit with 48 or more hours' cancellation notice.

How Financing Works Here

Financing applies to Foundation Camp, Behavior Camp, Transform Camp, DaySchool, Group Classes, and Private Lesson packages at both the Scottsdale and Cave Creek schools, and to most other training and boarding invoices. Training is a real financial commitment, and saving the full amount before you start can mean weeks or months of delay for a dog who needs help now. Financing solves that by letting an outside lender pay Partners Dogs on your behalf while you repay the lender on the schedule that lender sets. Partners Dogs is not a lender. We do not set interest rates, approve applications, or decide loan terms; that is between you and the lender you choose.

When financing is set up correctly, your dog starts training on the timeline that fits your situation, not the timeline your savings account happens to allow. A monthly payment you set in advance, instead of one large bill at drop-off, makes it easier to commit to the program that will do the most good: Foundation Camp, Behavior Camp, Transform Camp, Group Classes, or a package of Private Lessons. Financing changes how you pay. It does not change what you get: the same curriculum, the same instructors, and the same progress updates as a family paying in full.

Your Three Lender Options

Our three financing partners are built for different situations, so the right one usually depends on the size of the balance and how long you want to take with it.

  • Coach Financing is a multi-lender marketplace. A single prequalification can surface offers from more than 30 lenders, which helps when you want to compare rates or need a longer repayment window. Apply at coach.lending.online/partners-dog-training.
  • LendingUSA issues fixed-term installment loans. Many approved borrowers choose plans around 36 months, and some offers run longer. Apply at borrower.lendingusa.com.
  • PayPal Credit is a revolving line of credit suited to smaller balances, often paired with a promotional window such as 0% interest if the balance is paid inside six months. Apply at paypal.com/credit.

All three lenders set their own rates, fees, promotional eligibility, and approval criteria, and those terms change, so read the current offer on the lender's own site before you commit.

The $100 Deposit and What Is Due When

The $100 deposit that reserves your dates works the same way no matter which lender you use. It is never refunded as cash, but with 48 or more hours' cancellation notice it converts to store credit you can put toward any other program, class, or service.

Payment then follows the same schedule whether you finance or not:

  • To reserve your dates: a $100 deposit, never refunded as cash, converted to store credit with 48 or more hours' cancellation notice. A single Private Lesson is the exception: you pay in full at booking, and that payment is not financed.
  • At check-in for a camp or long-term stay: 50% of the total is due, and your financed amount can cover it.
  • At pickup: your balance must be $0 before your dog is released. Anything outside your financed amount is due at checkout.

Financing does not change intake requirements. Our vaccination policy and booking rules apply the same way no matter how you pay.

How to Apply, Step by Step

The application itself takes a few minutes:

  1. Get a program estimate so you know the amount you want to finance.
  2. Choose a financing path: Coach Financing, LendingUSA, or PayPal Credit.
  3. Apply on the lender's own site. Coach Financing states that its prequalification does not affect your credit score; a full application with any lender may.
  4. If approved, e-sign with the lender and tell your Partners Dogs contact the approved amount.

Timing matters. Apply before you need to reserve dates, not the week of. Approval, especially for a full application rather than a soft prequalification, can take a few business days, and you want funds ready when it is time to pay your deposit or check-in balance.

Compare more than one offer before signing. Term length, APR, and fees all affect the total cost, and the lowest monthly payment is not always the cheapest loan. Read the lender's Terms & Conditions in full: promotional windows, due dates, and prepayment rules live there, not in anything Partners Dogs sends you.

Here is a hypothetical to show how the pieces fit together: picture a family carrying a larger balance who wants to see more than one offer before committing. They prequalify through Coach Financing, compare what the marketplace returns (terms run as long as 240 months where a lender offers that and approves it), then pay the same $100 deposit under the rules above and follow the same check-in and pickup schedule as everyone else.

What Financing Does Not Cover

A single Private Lesson is not financed. It is paid in full at booking. A package of lessons is different: apply for financing the same way, and once approved, your specialist applies the amount to the package invoice.

Anything outside your approved financed amount is due at checkout, not automatically rolled in. If you are not sure whether an extra day, a bath, or a nail trim sits inside your financed amount, ask before you assume.

Partners Dogs does not run an in-house financial aid or scholarship program. The three lender paths above are how families spread the cost instead, with the lender deciding approval and terms.

Protecting Your Financial Information

Apply only on the lender's own secure site. Partners Dogs staff never need your Social Security number, bank login, or lender portal password to help you finance training, and we will not ask for them by phone, text, or email. The one payment detail we do keep on file is the card for anything outside your financed amount: extra days, add-on services, and retail purchases.

If Something Does Not Go to Plan

If your application is declined, or the offer is higher than you expected, try a second path. Coach Financing's marketplace format means a decline from LendingUSA does not rule out an offer from one of Coach Financing's other lenders.

If you would rather split the payment, part loan and part card, that is usually possible. Tell your Partners Dogs contact how you want the invoice allocated before check-in.

If you are weighing more than one lender, unsure how a longer term affects total cost, or trying to see how financing lines up with a specific program's price, our team can walk through the numbers with you before you apply anywhere. The same goes for a more complex situation: multiple dogs, a camp paired with a package of Private Lessons, or a split between loan and card. Email enroll@partnersdogs.com and a member of our team will help you map out the right combination before you commit to a lender.

For anything about the loan itself, your approved rate, your due dates, or a payment dispute, your lender's customer support is the right contact. Partners Dogs cannot change a lender's decision or terms.

Frequently Asked Questions

What financing options does Partners Dogs offer?

Three outside lenders: Coach Financing, a marketplace that can prequalify you with offers from more than 30 lenders; LendingUSA, a fixed-term installment lender whose approved borrowers often choose plans around 36 months; and PayPal Credit, a line of credit built for shorter balances with promotional terms such as 0% if paid inside six months. Partners Dogs does not set any lender's rates, fees, or approval decisions.

Do I have to pay the full amount upfront?

No. Most reservations require a $100 deposit, never refunded as cash, though it converts to store credit toward any other program, class, or service with 48 or more hours' cancellation notice. For camps, 50% is due at check-in, and your balance must be $0 before pickup. A single Private Lesson is the exception: it is paid in full at booking.

Is the $100 deposit refundable?

Not as cash. The deposit holds your dates and is never refunded in cash. If you cancel with 48 or more hours' notice, it converts to store credit you can use toward any other program, class, or service. Cancelling with less notice may forfeit it, since it blocks trainer time set aside specifically for your dog.

Can I finance Private Lessons?

Yes, if you book a package. Single Private Lessons are paid in full at booking and are not financed. A package of lessons can be financed: apply through any of our three lenders, and once approved, your specialist applies the amount to the package invoice.

Do you offer financial aid or need-based assistance?

Not in house. Partners Dogs does not run a financial aid or scholarship program. Financing through Coach Financing, LendingUSA, or PayPal Credit is the way to spread the cost over time, and the lender decides approval and terms.

What happens if I cancel a program I financed?

Your deposit follows the standard rule: never refunded as cash, converted to store credit with 48 or more hours' notice. The loan is a separate contract, so once it has funded, repayment and any adjustment follow your lender's terms. Email enroll@partnersdogs.com before you cancel so we can tell you exactly what sits on your Partners Dogs invoice, then take the loan question to your lender.

What if my application isn't approved, or I want to see more options?

Try a different path. Coach Financing's marketplace format shows offers from more than 30 lenders in one prequalification, so a decline or a high rate from one lender does not rule out a better fit elsewhere. Comparing term, APR, and fees across more than one offer is worth the extra few minutes before you commit.
