How to Add Dogs in the Dashboard to an Email Campaign in Gingr
Building a marketing email in Gingr is a generic vendor workflow with no Partners Dogs setup layered on top; the steps live with Gingr.
Building the Campaign
Marketing emails to owners and their dogs get built from the Owners & Pets section of Gingr, under Marketing. From there, name a new campaign, reuse content from a prior send if one already covers the same offer, drop in an image, and review the finished draft before it goes out. None of that is a Partners Dogs-specific setup; it is Gingr's own generic campaign builder, so the current steps live with Gingr instead of being repeated here, where they would only drift out of date.
One thing to hold onto regardless of how the builder changes: any marketing email sent this way has to carry an opt-out link. That is a federal requirement on commercial email, not a Gingr setting you can skip.

Who to Ask
How long does it take to get a campaign out the door: budget the time before you start, not during. Have your image ready and sized before opening the builder, since pausing partway through to go find or crop a photo is what actually slows this down. A finished draft still needs a full read-through before it sends; a client-facing send is not the place to fix a typo after the fact.
If a prior campaign's content will not paste over cleanly, or you are not sure the opt-out link carried over, check with a manager before sending rather than guessing.
