Daily Print-Outs

Front desk checklist for the daily printouts: feeding labels, run cards, graduation certificates, and Flea and Tick reports.

Purpose

Front desk is responsible for a set of daily printouts every day. These printouts keep the facility running smoothly.

Daily Printout Checklist

  • Feeding Labels: mark each one with a highlighter for AM, Noon, or PM meals.
  • Run Cards: one for every enclosure with a dog checked in that day.
  • Graduation Certificates: for every dog graduating from a camp program or group class that day.
  • Flea and Tick Reports: for any dog needing medication administered the following day, with dog weights listed.

Steps

  1. Print the day's Feeding Labels and mark each one AM, Noon, or PM with a highlighter.
  2. Print Run Cards for every enclosure holding a dog that checked in that day.
  3. Print Graduation Certificates for any dog graduating from a camp program or group class that day.
  4. Print the Flea and Tick Report for the following day's doses, with dog weights included.

Timing Rule

Training staff administer all Flea and Tick medication before noon, so there's time left in the day to observe the dog for any negative or adverse reaction.

Who is responsible for administering Flea and Tick medication from the daily report?

Training staff, and only before noon. That timing leaves the rest of the day to observe the dog for any negative or adverse reaction.
