What Canva's opt-in AI policy means for anything staff design in Canva, plus where to read the full vendor policy.
Purpose
Nothing you design in Canva gets used to train Canva's AI unless someone actively opts that content in. It is off by default, so using Canva for our own graphics and materials does not put any of it toward Canva's AI training on its own.
What That Means for You
- Design in Canva as usual. Nothing changes about your workflow.
- Content only feeds Canva's AI training if a user opts in on purpose. It is not automatic and not on by default.
- Do not opt any Partners Dogs content into AI training without checking with your manager first.
- Canva screens AI-generated inputs and outputs on its own, separate from anything we do.
